CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

By registrating for Bingesrittet, the participants automatically accept the following conditions :

Registration is not valid until the registration fee is paid. After registration and payment is confirmed participant will be listed on the start list.

 

Racing license

Racing license is mandatory for all participants. To be able to participate in a bike race approved by the Norwegian Cycling Federation (NCF) you either need a full-year racing license obtained through a club associated with the NCF, or you need to purchase a one-off racing license before start.

Present your full-year license when picking up your starting number on the race day. If your do not have a full-your license, you can purchase one-off racing license at your registation. One-off license costs kr 60 for participants on Ymber Fitness. For participants in Bingesrittet Competition the license costs kr 170. Participants over 80 years do not need license.   

 

Personal information and photos

At enrollment, participants agree that the information such as name, sports club and age class are listed in the start and result lists on the Internet.

At enrollment, participants also accept that photos and videos of them taken in association with the event may be published on the Internet and in the media, and may be used in marketing the race.

Refunds of entry fees

In accordance with the general rules for timed event, entry fees will not be refunded if the ticket is not used. This also applies in case of illness or injury.

Cancellation

If the race must be canceled before race day, the organizer keeps up to 50 % of paid entry fees. Upon cancellation of the race day because of weather and road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure ), the organizer will retain the entire entry fee.
